In terms of composition you positioned the chair at an interesting angle, and it takes up t he space of the page nicely that cloth looks good and your not outlining your drawing which is good feels more alive now. I would watch those tones there shouldn't be to much of a extreme dark area on the legs, it should be a bit more of a mid tone, and then when it reaches the very top that's when you get dark with the shadows that way there is transition between your tones, and the perspective of the right legs are not parallel with that of the left legs they seem forced. The basket needs to be separated from the cloth and the chair, it looks flat. For the Tones just get the kneaded eraser and lightly remove some of the dark and lighten it just a bit till you get those mid tones, as for you right legs, draw a line lightly from the bottom of your left legs that way you'll know where the right legs will be positioned at. As for the basket just pop it out with more gradients.
